The hotel is conveniently located just 15 minutes from major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. While the rooms are a bit dated and could use some updating, especially the bathrooms, the staff was phenomenal and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, as it was not very satisfactory. Overall, it’s a decent choice with good amenities, but definitely not luxurious.

The rooms were somewhat outdated, and the second bathroom had a loose tap that was held together poorly. The layout was cramped with no nightstands, making it less comfortable overall. Cleaning was also an issue, as the rooms were never made during our three-day stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with a great location close to Disney Springs. The room was spacious with a massive tub, but unfortunately, it wasn’t as clean upon arrival as I’d hoped. While I did pay more than expected for my stay, I felt like the value was still there considering the amenities offered.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were super comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The location was perfect for visiting Disney Springs and nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly and eager to help, although we had a little hiccup with the car service they recommended. Overall, it's a fantastic place for families, but just be mindful of the shuttle service's reliability.
